摘要
采用熔融挤出法制备了尼龙(PA)66/勃姆石复合材料,探究了勃姆石粒径、不同偶联剂表面处理和含量对勃姆石填充PA66复合材料性能的影响。研究表明,勃姆石的加入提高了复合材料的力学性能、阻燃性能、导热性、耐热性和热稳定性,同时具有较好的可加工性。当偶联剂KH-550改性的粒径为1.5μm的勃姆石质量分数为50%时制备的PA66/勃姆石复合材料的综合性能最佳,复合材料无卤阻燃达UL94 V–0级,热导率为0.75 W/(m·K),热变形温度为169.3℃,适用于有一定导热、阻燃要求的电子电器元件。
Nylon 66/Boehmite composites were prepared by melt blending. The effects of contents and particle sizes of boehmite,and their modification with different coupling agents on the properties of composites were studied. The results show that properties of composites were improved in mechanical properties,flame retardancy,thermal conductivity,heat resistance,thermal stability and with good processing property. When the mass fraction of Boehmite with 1.5μm which is modified KH–550 is 50%, the comprehensive properties of the composite are the best. Itsflame retardant rating is UL 94 V–0,thermal conductivity is 0.75 W/(m·K),and heat deflection temperature is 169.3℃. The composites are usable for certain electrical and electronic devices requiring flame retardancy and certain thermal conductivity.
