摘要
以某品牌汽车音响面板为例,应用Moldfl ow Plastics Insight 2013对其浇口位置进行模拟分析,根据分析结果优化模具设计方案,利用UG8.0、胡波外挂设计了模具总装图;并利用Moldfl ow进行成型工艺模拟,在熔体流动速率、模具温度、保压压力和保压时间工艺参数的可行区间内,构建正交化模拟试验,利用极差法确定了最优加工参数组合,对于提高塑料件的质量,显著缩短塑料模具的设计、制造周期具有重要的指导意义。
In certain brand of car audio panels as example, its gate location was simulation analysed using Moldflow Plastics Insight 2013, mold design was optimized based on analysis results. The mold assembly drawing was designed using UG8.0 and Hooper plug. The molding process was simulateed using Moldflow. Within the feasible range of meltflow rate,mold temperature ,holding pressure,holding time process parameters, the optimal processing parameters was determineed using range method combination, which has important significance for improving the quality of plastic parts,significantly reducing plastic mold design, and manufacturing cycle.
