摘要
分析了玩具吊车上壳的结构特点及成型工艺,完成了其三维造型及注塑模设计。为提高成型效率,简化模具结构,采用扇形侧浇口一模两腔布局方式,设计了回路式冷却水路及组合式凸凹模结构,设计了斜导柱滑块抽芯机构以及推管与推杆联合推出机构,有效地保证了产品的成型质量和生产效率。同时利用Pro/E软件提高了设计效率,缩短了产品开发周期。
On the analysis of structure characteristics and forming process of toy crane upper shell,the three-dimensional modeling and injection mould were designed. The fan side gate and two cavity layout were adopted to improve molding efficiency and simplify mould structure. To ensure product quality and production efficiency, circuit type cooling waterway and combined concave-convex die structure were designed, inclined guide pillar sliding block core-pulling mechanism and push tube and push rod joint institutions were designed. At the same time,design efficiency is improved and the product development cycle is shortened by using Pro/E software.
