侧凹结构在塑料模具产品设计中经常被用到,它常用于与另一零件的连接、安装密封圈等情况。通过实例详细论述了利用滑块抽芯机构成型该类塑料件,通过"伸缩型芯"的工作原理及设计方法,解决了在模具设计中侧凹零件的脱模问题,并且该机构在实际生产中运行平稳,无卡滞现象,说明了该机构的可靠性及设计原理的正确性。
The lateral concave structure is often used in the plastic mould design,and it is often used in connection with another parts and installing sealing rings and so on. Such plastic parts using slide block core-pulling mechanism was detailed by way of example. This design can solve demoulding problems of lateral parts through the working principle of telescopic core and designing method. The mechanism in the actual production runs smoothly,and it hasn't catching phenomenon, which indicated that the design principles are reliability and agency is validity.
