我国主产区粮食生产现状和政策建议

China's Grain Production Status and Policy Suggestions in Major Grain Producing Areas

本文结合数据对粮食主产区的粮食产量、种植面积、单产情况及农民收入情况进行了统计分析,分析了粮食主产区在粮食生产、农民增收、农村金融、科技推广和基础设施方面存在的问题和制约因素,并针对这些问题,提出了在政府调控、利益补偿、农业科技、经营管理、农业投入、农业生态和风险防控方面的政策建议,以进一步提高粮食主产区粮食生产能力。

The major grain producing areas of grain production in China,as the main force,have made a significant contribution to China's grain security. Based on introducing the general situation in main grain producing areas,combined with relevant datum,the main producing areas' grain yield,planting area,yield and income of farmers were analyzed. Then we discussed problems and restricting factors on grain production,farmers' income,rural finance,technology promotion and infrastructure. Then,policy suggestions were proposed in terms of government regulation,benefit compensation,agricultural science and technology,management,agricultural inputs,agricultural ecology and risk control to further improve the ability of grain production in major grain producing areas.
