非结核分枝杆菌及实验室诊断研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 近年非结核分枝杆菌(NTM)感染的发病率呈上升趋势。但由于诊断治疗的困难,且不会发生人与人间传播,所以临床和实验室对该病的认识均留有空白。应提高对NTM所引发的各种临床症候的认识,发展可靠快速的实验室检测技术,以辅助临床明确诊断。该文就NTM的相关知识、感染后的主要临床征象和目前实验室在NTM检测技术上的一些研究、探索、进展进行了回顾性综述。
