摘要
工业除尘中,PTFE覆膜滤料因其粉尘易清除,清灰效果好,周期长等特性而常常用作过滤介质。而在家用空气净化器领域,内部高效过滤网多为纤维滤料(PP滤料),去除颗粒物的性能会随着使用而下降,导致更换频率高。本文提出了一种以PTFE覆膜滤料为介质,水洗为清灰方式的可再生空气净化器用过滤器。实验针对此种过滤器的性能,及水洗对过滤器本身影响做了相关研究,为开发水洗式PTFE覆膜滤料净化器提供依据。
In industrial dust, PTFE membrane filter media are often used as a filter medium, because of its easy to remove dust, good cleaning effect and long cycle characteristics.In the field of home air purifiers, high efficient internal filters are usually made up of fiber filter(PP filter), and particulate removal performance will decrease by this type of filter is being used, resulting in replacement of the high frequencies. This paper proposed a renewable air purifier filter, which use PTFE as membrane filter media, washing as cleaning methods. The performance of such a filter, and the impact of washing on the filter have been done relevant research on, which would provide evidence for developing water purifier type PTFE membrane filter.
