带有隔热挡板的水箱内温度分布特性的实验研究

摘要 通过实验研究在不同的挡板位置、不同的温度工况下,CO_2热泵热水器水箱内部的温度分布,并研究挡板位置对水箱内"冷区"和"热区"空间大小的影响、冷热水出水温度的影响。由实验结果可得,挡板可以有效地将水箱内的"热区"和"冷区"分开,使"热区"水温较高,为热用户提供更高温度的热水;使"冷区"水温较低,为CO_2热泵热水器气冷器提供更低温度的冷却水,有助于提高系统的COP。综合考虑"热区"水温和水量等因素,挡板处在水箱竖向的中间位置为最佳。另外,挡板位置的变化对热水出水温度没有较明显的影响。 The distribution of temperature in the tank in different baffle locations and different temperature was studied by experiments. The space sizes of "hot sector" and "cold sector" and the temperature of the hot and cold water affected by baffle locations were also studied. The experiment shows the tank can divided into two sectors, "hot sector" and "cold sector", effectively, which makes the temperature of "hot sector" higher in order to offer the user higher temperature water, and the temperature of "cold sector" lower in order to improve the COP of the system. Synthesizing the factors like temperature of the "hot sector" and quantity of the hot water, placed baffle in the middle of the tank is the best choose. Besides, the location change of the baffle has no effect on the temperature of the offer-hot-water.
