摘要
本文对北京望京SOHO项目的冷热源配置、水力系统分区、新风热回收和PM2.5控制手段进行了系统分析,简要介绍了为户内数据机房设置的集中租户冷却水系统和办公空调计量远传抄表系统等较新技术在本项目中的应用,为此类超高层办公建筑暖通系统设计提供借鉴和参考。
The HVAC system of WanNing SOHO T3 Building in Beijing was analyzed systematically, including the configuration of heating and cooling capacity, the partition of hydraulic system, the heat recovery of fresh air and PM2.5 quality control of fresh air. It was briefly described the application of new techniques, such as water-cooling system for office computer room air conditioning system and energy consumption measurement in the WanNing SOHO T3 project. This work will provide reference for the design of HVAC system of super high-rise building.
