摘要 血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)是介导血管生成的重要生长因子,对骨折愈合过程中血管生成有着重要的作用。国内外学者对VEGF在骨折愈合过程中的作用及其机制做了大量研究,本文对此进行归纳和总结。 VEGF is a key regulator of angiogenesis,and has an important effect on angiogenesis during fracture healing.Scholars worldwide have conducted a lot of researches on the role and mechanism of VEGF in fracture healing.The paper presents a summary of these researches.
