摘要
超声分子成像是通过将目的分子特异性抗体或配体连接到声学造影剂表面,使其能特异性地结合到靶区,进行分子或细胞水平的特异性超声成像。本文就超声分子成像在动脉粥样硬化炎症反应、斑块内新生血管、血栓形成及治疗等方面的进展作一综述。
Molecular imaging with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography relies on the detection of the acoustic signal produced by microbubble or nanoparticle agents that are targeted to the area of interest.In this article,we reviewed research progress of target ultrasound molecular imaging in the process of atherosclerotic inflammation,angiogenesis,thrombosis and treatment.
