摘要
沪通长江大桥天生港专用航道桥为刚性梁柔性拱桥,跨径布置为(140+336+140)m。主梁采用三主桁双层板桁组合结构,主桁采用华伦式桁架,焊接整体节点,桁高16.0m。铁路及公路桥面均采用正交异性板整体钢桥面,上层为公路桥面,标准宽度为33.0m,设双向2%横坡;下层为铁路桥面。主拱采用抛物线形,拱肋采用钢箱截面,截面高1.8m、宽1.2m。拱肋与主桁的上弦杆采用柔性吊杆连接,吊杆采用平行钢丝成品索,全桥共57组。主墩基础采用钻孔桩基础,墩身采用墩顶设置墩帽的单箱三室空心墩结构。设计采用了先梁后拱的指导性施工方案。
The Tiansheng Port special ship channel bridge of the Hutong Changjiang River Bridge is a flexible arch bridge with rigid girder with span arrangement(140+336+140)m.The main girder of the bridge is the double-deck plate and truss composite structure made up of three main trusses.The main trusses are the Warren trusses with welded integral panel points and the height of the trusses is 16.0 m.The railway and highway decks are all the integral orthotropic plate steel decks.On the upper deck,the highway deck is arranged,the standard width of the deck is 33.0mand the deck is provided with dual 2%transverse slopes.On the lower deck,the railway deck is arranged.The main arch is designed into the parabolic shape and the cross section of a arch rib is the steel box section that is 1.8mhigh and 1.2m wide.The arch rib and the upper chord of a main truss are connected by the flexible hangers,the hangers are the finished parallel steel wire cables and there are totally 57 groups of the hangers for the whole bridge.The foundations for the main piers are the bored piles and the pier shafts are the three-cell single-box hollow piers topped with capping beams.In the design of the bridge,the guideline construction scheme of erecting the main girder first and arch late is adopted.
