摘要
环核苷酸门控离子通道(cyclic nucleotide-gated channels,CNGCs)广泛存在于动植物体中,是一类非选择性阳离子通道,由环核苷酸的绑定直接门控。植物中的CNGCs在调节花粉正常发育、维持体内的离子稳态、抵御生物胁迫和非生物胁迫等生长发育过程中均发挥重要作用。本文综述了植物CNGCs的分子特性、结构、调节方式及功能方面的研究进展,并对今后有关该通道的主要研究方向做了展望。
The cyclic nucleotide-gated channels(CNGCs) are one class of the non-selective cation channels widely exist in plants and animals,which are directly gated by cyclic nucleotide binding.In plants,CNGCs play vital roles in multiple physiological processes,including regulating the development of pollen,maintaining ion homeostasis and defense against biotic and abiotic stresses.In this review,we summarized recent advances in the molecular characteristics,structure,regulation mode and biological function of CNGCs.At the end,research hotspots and directions regarding CNGCs channels were put forward.
