摘要
以米头花、扑头花和开花后采收的玳玳花为原料,开发出一种新型保健茶——玳玳花保健茶。对玳玳花保健茶生产环节中的原料筛选、杀青技术和干燥工艺等参数分别进行了探索。结果表明,以扑头花为主要原料,经微波杀青干燥(480 W,375 s)、冷却、包装等工序,能生产出色、香、味俱佳的玳玳花保健茶。动物试验研究表明,玳玳花保健茶为急性毒性无毒级保健茶,具有调节血脂的作用。
Lower buds flower in bud and flower of Citrus aurantiumL. var. amara Engl were used as raw materials. "Citrus aurantiumL. var. amara Engl healthy tea"—a new type of healthy drink was developed. Raw material screening, protecting color, and drying process parameters of production process were also selected. The results showed that using flower in bud of Citrus aurantiumL. var. amara Engl as raw materials, after microwave protecting color(480 W, 375 s), cooling, packaging, perfect Citrus aurantiumL. var. amara Engl healthy Tea was gotten. Animal experiments indicated that the Citrus aurantiumL. var. amara Engl healthy tea was a kind of non-toxic class healthy tea. Citrus aurantiumL. var. amara Engl healthy tea had the function of regulating blood fat.
