3M测试片法在西藏牦牛乳制品微生物检测中的应用

The Applications of 3M Pereifilm Count Plate Method in Microbial Detection of Tibet Yak Dairy Products

采用3M测试片法与国标检测法,分别对西藏牦牛乳制品生产过程中的原料乳及五种乳制品中的菌落总数、大肠菌群进行检测,对比分析两种方法检测结果之间的差异,探讨3M测试片法在西藏牦牛乳制品微生物检测中的适用性。结果表明,3M测试片法与国标检测法对各样品中菌落总数、大肠菌群的检测结果无显著差异,适用于西藏牦牛乳制品中相关微生物指标的检测。

The total bacterial count and coliform group in Tibet yak dairy and five dairy products were detected by 3M pereifilm count plate method and national standard method respectively, then the suitability of 3M pereifilm count plate method in microbial detection of Tibet yak dairy products were discussed by analysing the difference between the results of the two methods. The results showed that there was no statistical difference between the two methods, and it indicated that 3M pereifilm count plate method was a feasible method to detect the total bacterial count and coliform group in Tibet yak dairy products.
