基于多环节仓储管理的食品安全评价体系研究

Research of Food Safety Assessment System Based on Multi-link Warehouse Management

目前,食品安全问题引发了社会大众对于政府强烈的不信任感,食品市场权责不明确,食品安全指标体系在我国也并没有得到完全的建立,因此建立起适合我国国情的食品安全指标体系迫在眉睫。研究了整个食品供应链环节,探讨了生产、物流和销售三大环节下仓储管理的安全指标,设计出不同环节下仓储管理的具体指标体系,确定建立起单一线条中多环节下仓储管理的食品安全指标体系。最后,提出了整个食品安全体系指标建立的构建思路。

At present, food safety issues spark strong public distrust to government, the power and responsibility of food market is not clear. Food safety indicator system in our country has not been fully established, therefore, establishing a food security index system suitable for condition of China is imminent. The entire food supply chain is studied, the three aspects of safety indicators warehouse management-the production, distribution and sales are discussed, the specific indicator system under different links of warehouse management is designed and a food safety indicators system for the multi-link warehouse management in a single line is established. Finally, the idea to construct the entire food safety indicators system is pointed out.
