摘要
用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定姬菇中挥发性成分。结果表明,中药渣和高粱壳栽培的姬菇中分别测定出10~4个和85个成分,鉴定出85个和69个化合物,含量为96.79%和94.67%;其中,醇类物质13个(10.80%)、9个(10.31%),醛类物质16个(45.27%)、15个(50.28%),酯类物质6个(4.48%)、3个(2.65%),吡嗪类5个(14.74%)、4个(7.66%),酮类物质11个、9个,高级烷烃11个、10个,烯烃9个、6个,呋喃5个、4个,分别占挥发性化合物总量的87.00%和80.76%。
A new method for determination of volatile components in Pleurotus cornucopiae by SPME-GC/MS was established. The results showed that there were 10~4 and 85 kinds of volatile components in Pleurotus cornucopiae which planted with the Chinese medicine residue and sorghum shell separately, in which included 86 and 69 kinds of compounds, accounting for 96.79%, 94.67% respectively. In these compounds, there were alcohols 13 kinds(10.80%) and 9 kinds(10.31%), aldehydes 16 kinds(45.27%) and 15 kinds(50.28%), esters 6 kinds(4.48%) and 3 kinds(2.65%), purazines 5(14.74%) and 4 kinds(7.66%), ketones 11 and 9 kinds, advanced alkane 11 and 10, olefin 9 and 6 kinds, furan 5 and 4 kinds, etc. These components accounted for 87.00% and 80.76% in volatile components.
