摘要 目的:探讨促进肿瘤转移因子Twist和抑制肿瘤转移因子KiSS-1在宫颈鳞癌发生发展中的作用及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学Envison法检测12例对照组,20例高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及47例宫颈鳞癌(SCC)患者组织中Twist和KiSS-1的表达情况,分析二者的表达与SCC患者各临床病理因素的相关性及其对SCC患者预后的影响。结果:1Twist在对照组、高级别CIN组及SCC组中的阳性表达有逐渐增高的趋势,KiSS-1在对照组、高级别CIN组及SCC组中的阳性表达有逐渐减少的趋势,Twist和KiSS-1的阳性表达率3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但Twist和KiSS-1的阳性表达率在对照组与高级别CIN组两组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组、高级别CIN组分别与SCC组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2Twist和KiSS-1的表达在SCC患者各临床病理学特征差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3Twist和KiSS-1在SCC组织中的表达无相关性(P>0.05)。4单因素及多因素分析显示Twist及KiSS-1的表达不是SCC患者预后的独立危险因素(P>0.05)。结论:Twist可能是促进SCC形成的因素之一,而KiSS-1可能是抑制SCC的发生发展因素,但二者在SCC的发生发展过程无相互作用。Twist、KiSS-1可能与SCC远处转移及患者预后无关。 Objective:To investigate the promoting tumor metastasis factor Twist and KISS-1 inhibiting tumor metastasis gene in the occurrence and development of squamous carcinomas of cervix. Methods:lmmunehisto- chemistry Envison was employed to detect the expressions of Twist and KISS-1 in 12 cases of control group,20 cases of high grade CIN and 47 cases of SCC. The relationship between the two kinds of protein expressions and the clinical pathological parameters of SCC,and their effect on the prognosis of SCC were analyzed. Results: The positive expression of Twist had a gradual increasing trend while the declining trend of KISS-1 in the control group,high grade CIN group and SCC group in which both of them had a significant different positive expression ( P 〈 0. 05). But the positive expression rates of Twist and KISS-1 had no significant difference between the con- trol group and high grade CIN group( P 〉0.05) ,while there were significant difference in control group and high grade CIN compared with SCC :espectively( P 〈0.05). (2)The expressions of Twist and KISS-1 were not associ- ated with c^inica~ pathological index of SCC patients( P 〉 0.05). (3)The expressions of Twist were not corretated with KISS-1 in SCC patients(P'〉0.05). (4)Univariate analysis and Multivariate analysis showed that the expres- sions of Twist and KISS-1 were not the independent risk factors in the prognosis of SCC patients ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusions:Twist may be one, of the promoter during the initiation of cervical cancer while the KISS-1 may be the inhibitor. But They may not interact with each other during the initiation and development in cervical cancer. The Twist and KISS-1 may be not associated with the metastasis and the prognosis of cervical cancer.
