摘要
以三乙烯四胺、四乙烯五胺、亚磷酸、甲醛、浓盐酸等为原料合成了新型水处理剂三乙烯四胺六亚甲基膦酸(TETHMP)和四乙烯五胺七亚甲基膦酸(TEPHMP),并用核磁技术对产品进行了表征。采用静态阻垢法考察了ATMP、EDTMP、DETPMP、TETHMP和TEPHMP对SrSO_4阻垢性能的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射技术(XRD)表征SrSO_4的晶体形貌和晶型。结果表明,ATMP、EDTMP和DETPMP对SrSO_4的阻垢性能较差,而TETHMP和TEPHMP的阻垢效果较好,其质量浓度>8 mg/L时阻垢率即达到98%以上。以上5种阻垢剂的加入均使SrSO_4的表面形貌发生变化,使SrSO_4的XRD衍射峰强度减弱。
Two new kinds of water treatment agents,triethylene tetramine hexamethylene phosphonic acid(TETHMP)and tetraethylenepentamine heptagon methylene phosphonic acid(TEPHMP),have been synthesized from triethylene tetramine,tetraethylene pentamine,phosphorous acid,formaldehyde,concentrated hydrochloric acid,etc.,and then characterized by 31P-NMR. The influences of ATMP,EDTMP,DETPMP,TETHMP and TEPHMP on the scale inhibition capacity of strontium sulfate are investigated by static scale inhibition method. Meanwhile,morphology and crystal form of strontium sulfate are characterized by SEM and XRD. The results show that ATMP,EDTMP and DETPMP have poor effect on the scale inhibition capacity of SrSO_4 while TETHMP and TEPHMP have better scale inhibition effect. The scale inhibition rates are up to 98% when the mass concentrations are more than 8 mg/L. With the addition of the five scale inhibitors,the surface morphologies of SrSO_4 are changed and the intensities of XRD diffraction peaks are weakened.
