生物可降解冠状动脉支架研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 冠状动脉(冠脉)的介入治疗已经走过了近40年,经历了单纯球囊血管成形术、金属裸支架(BMS)时代,当前药物洗脱支架(DES)已经成为冠脉介入的常规选择。每一次介入技术的创新都极大地推动了临床治疗的进步,同时也出现新的问题,DES也不例外。晚期支架内血栓形成、金属支架的永久存在带来血管舒缩功能异常、支架断裂、阻碍再次血运重建等问题是DES与生俱来的缺陷,这就需要一种全新的支架才能满足临床需要。生物可降解支架(BDS)在理论上可以弥补目前支架存在的缺陷,并且已经经历了十余年的发展,雅培公司和Elixir公司的BDS在欧洲已经获得批准用于临床。本文就BDS的研究进展作一综述。
