摘要
针对近年悬浮填料生物接触氧化工艺推广使用中出现的常见问题,对其关键技术细节进行了探讨。由于填料属性、曝气器形式和布置、曝气强度、原水水质对流化效果影响较大,因此,要结合原水水质选择填料密度和结构形式;曝气系统设计要做到曝气均匀,避免曝气器布置过密,并要确保混合搅拌效果;对于泥沙含量高的原水,要避免泥沙沉积;选择适当的过网流速、水流流态、拦截网形式,可减少填料在出口处堆积。
The common problems and key technical details that recently appeared in the application of the suspended media biological contact oxidation process were discussed. Because the media property, aerator type and arrangement, aeration intensity and raw water quality have greater influence on the fluidization effect, the media density and structural type should be chosen combining with raw water quality. Aeration system should be well-dispersed to avoid too closed aerator arrangement and make sure the mixing effect. Sediment deposition should be avoided for raw water with high sediment content. Selecting the appropriate flow velocity, flow pattern and arresting barrier form can reduce accumulation of the media at the exit.
