延时调节设施及其用于城市内涝和径流污染控制分析 被引量:9

摘要 为应对城市内涝、径流污染问题以及响应海绵城市建设要求,雨洪调蓄设施受到越来越多的重视。延时调节设施作为一种有效防治城市内涝和径流污染控制的工程技术手段在美国等发达国家已得到较广泛的工程应用,而国内对延时调节设施的研究和应用还很缺乏。系统介绍了延时调节的概念与原理,分析了延时调节设施在城市内涝防治和径流水质控制中的效果,说明了设施基本构造,并总结了延时调节设施的设计方法,为我国在海绵城市建设、排水防涝规划及雨水调蓄系统中合理应用延时调节设施提供参考。 Stormwater detention and retention facilities have received more and more attention in order to cope with urban waterlogging problem, runoff pollution problem and to develop sponge city. As an effective engineering technology for urban waterlogging prevention and runoff pollution control, extend- ed detention facilities have been widely applied in the United States and other developed countries. But domestic research and application of extended detention facilities are lacking. The concept and theory of extended detention were systematically introduced. The effects of extended detention facilities in urban waterlogging prevention and runoff pollution control were analyzed. A detailed description about the con- struction of extended detention facilities was illustrated. The design method of extended detention facili- ties was summarized, which provides reference for the reasonable application of extended detention facili- ties in the sponge city, urban flooding prevention planning and the construction of detention and retention system.
