摘要
建设中的黄浦江上游新水源地原水系统工程通过一根大口径单管将上海西南五区分散取水口归并为两个,实现了以上游新建金泽水库取水口为主,上下游取水口可以相互应急补救的目标。分析了黄浦江上游水源地原水系统在单管连通、两点取水的原水供应模式下,系统可能面临的各类风险,并重点探讨原水系统相应的安全调度模式,以提高原水系统的供应安全和工程设施的防灾减灾能力。
The upper Huangpu River raw water system under construction adopts a single pipeline with large diameter to incorporate scattered water intakes in the southwest five districts of Shanghai into two. This raw water system can achieve bidirectional supply from two different water sources, with the principal source being the water intake of the new upper Jinze Reservoir. The water supply mode of con- necting two water intakes by single pipeline was analyzed, and various risks that might be faced by the raw water system were studied. The corresponding scheduling modes of the raw water system were discussed to improve the security of the raw water system and enhance disaster prevention and mitigation capacities of the urban infrastructure.
