佛山市北江水厂污泥处理系统的设计与运行 被引量:3

摘要 佛山市北江水厂配套建设的污泥处理系统长期连续运行,具有良好的社会和环境效益。2014年北江水厂通过排泥水脱泥回用减少SS排放为2 793.8 t,节约水量为142×104m3,节省水资源费和价格调节基金为21.3万元。在实际运行中发现,给水厂污泥量可以通过公式较为准确地估算,污泥量受原水浊度和供水量的变化影响波动很大,污泥含沙量较高对污泥脱水机械磨损较大,给水厂污泥处理系统的设计与运行要充分考虑上述特点。 The sludge treatment system of Foshan Beijiang Water Supply Plant has continuously run for a long time, with good social and environmental benefits. In 2014 through the reuse of sludge wa- ter after sludge removal, the SS emission of 2 793.8 ton was reduced, the water resource of 142×10^4m^3 was saved, and the water resource fee and price regulation fund of 213 000 yuan were saved. During the actual operation, it was found that the sludge volume could be accurately estimated by the formula, there was a big fluctuation of the sludge volume affected by the change of raw water turbidity and amount of wa- ter supply, and a high content of sand in sludge could cause a great mechanical wear to sludge dewatering machine. The above mentioned characteristics should be considered in design and operation of sludge treatment system in water supply plants.
