Treatment and Reuse Project of Electroplating Wastewater Based on Electrocoagulation and TMF

摘要 采用电絮凝/管式微滤膜(TMF)技术与BAF的组合工艺处理电镀废水,实现电镀废水的达标排放与循环回用。采用电絮凝与TMF组合工艺,以分质分流的方式,分别对含氰、含镍、含铬废水进行处理,确保重金属达标排放。再结合RO工艺,实现废水回用60%。RO浓水及车间其他废水通过芬顿氧化及BAF工艺处理后,各项水质指标均可达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB21900—2008)的表3标准。该工艺处理效果稳定,运行费用低,操作简便,占地少,具有良好的推广价值。 The combined process of electrocoagulation, membrane separation and biological aerated filter (BAF) was adopted for treating and reusing electroplating wastewater. Firstly, the system com- bined electrocoagulation and tubular microfiltration was used to treat the three kinds of wastewater containing cyanide, nickel and chromium respectively, and the heavy metals in the wastewater could be re- duced to meet the discharge standard. Secondly, the three kinds of wastewater were treated together by RO for reclaiming 60% of the treated wastewater to the production line. Thirdly, the RO concentrate and other wastewater were treated by a system involving Fenton and BAF, and the effluent could meet the discharge limits in the table 3 of the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating ( GB 21900 -2008 ). The operating results indicated that the combined process was suitable for treating electroplating wastewater because of its stable treatment efficiency, low operating cost, simple operation and less land occupation.
