Design and Operation of Recycling Project of Waste Acid from Electrode Foil Etching Process

摘要 电极箔腐蚀工艺产生的废酸中含有大量的硫酸和铝,若只进行简单处理不仅增加企业的排放压力,而且是一种经济损失。采用三效蒸发浓缩+冷却结晶+离心分离处理工艺,将回收得到的硫酸及蒸发冷凝液回用于电极箔腐蚀工段,分离出来的高纯度硫酸铝可作为工业原料或水处理剂,实现了腐蚀工段废酸的零排放,具有良好的经济和社会效益。 A large amount of sulfuric acid and aluminum is contained in the waste acid produced by the electrode foil etching process, simple disposal of which would not only increase the discharge pressure of the enterprise, but also cause economic losses. Adopting the technical route of triple effect evaporation concentration plus cooling crystallization plus centrifugal separation can reuse sulfuric acid and e- vaporation condensate for the electrode foil etching process, and the high purity aluminum sulfate separated can be used as industrial raw material or water treatment agent, which realizes the waste acid zero discharge of corrosion section, with good economic and social benefits.
