盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液佐治小儿下呼吸道感染临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical curative effect of bromhexine hydrochloride glucose injection in auxiliary treatment of Children with lower respiratory tract infection

目的探讨盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液佐治小儿下呼吸道感染临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年5月~2015年9月下呼吸道感染患儿共96例,随机分为观察组和对照组。所有患儿均接受常规检查,给予对照组常规治疗。在对照组基础上,给予观察组盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液治疗。观察临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为95.8%、咳喘好转时间、肺喘鸣音消失时间、肺啰湿音消失时间及住院时间,均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论盐酸溴己新葡萄糖注射液佐治小儿下呼吸道感染,可改善患儿的临床症状,缩短患儿的住院时间,提升临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore clinical curative effect of bromhexine hydrochloride glucose injection in auxiliary treatment of children with lower respiratory tract infection. Methods 96 children with lower respiratory tract infection who were admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to September 2014 were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.All children were given regular examination.The control group was received routine treatment.The observation group was received treatment of bromhexine hydrochloride glucose injection at the basis of that in the control group.Clinical curative effects were observed. Results Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.8%.Improvement time of cough and asthma,disappearing time of lung wheezing,disappearing time of lung moist rales and hospitalization stay of the observation group were all superior to those in the control group.There were differences between two groups when compared（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bromhexine hydrochloride glucose injection in auxiliary treatment of children with lower respiratory tract infection can improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms,shorten their hospitalization time and improve the clinical curative effect.
