利普刀宫颈环状电切除术治疗慢性宫颈炎临床效果观察

Observation of clinical curative effect of LEEP cervical loop electro resection in treatment of chronic cervicitis

目的探讨利普刀宫颈环状电切除术治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床应用效果。方法选择我院2010年1月~2014年1月门诊就医的慢性宫颈炎患者200例作为观察对象,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组100例患者采用微波治疗,观察组100例患者采用利普刀宫颈环状电切除术治疗,观察并评定其临床治疗效果,同时记录两组术中出血量、术后阴道排液量及并发症发生率。结果观察组治愈率97.0%,总有效率100.0%明显高于对照组治愈率45.0%,总有效率83.0%,两组治愈率、总有效率差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）;观察组术中出血量、术后阴道排液持续时间均显著低于对照组,且比较差异均有统计学意义（t=11.925,12.608,均P〈0.05）;观察组术后创面感染发生率、宫颈外翻、宫颈瘢痕率、脱痂出血多、复发等发生率情况均明显少于对照组,差异具统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用利普刀宫颈环状电切除术治疗慢性宫颈炎具有手术时间短、操作方法简便、疗效显著。

Objective To explore clinical curative effect of LEEP cervical loop electro resection in treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods 200 patients with chronic cervicitis who were admitted to clinics in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were selected as research objects and they were allocated to the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods, with 100 in each. 100 patients in the control group were received microwave treatment while 100 patients in the observation group were received LEEP cervical loop electrical resection. Clinical curative effect was received and assessed. At the same time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative vaginal discharge and incidence of complications of two groups were recorded. Results Cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group was 97.0 % and 100.0 % respectively, significantly higher than those of the control group 45.0 % and 83.0 %. Differences of the cure rate and total effective rate of two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Intraoperative blood loss and durative time of postoperative vaginal discharge of the observation group were both significantly lower than those of the control group and differences were statistically significant（t=11.92512.608, all P〈0.05）. Incidences of postoperative wound infection, cervical eversion, cervical scar, massive hemorrhage of decrustation, recurrence and so on of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group and differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of LEEP cervical loop electro resection in treatment of chronic cervicitis has short operative time and simple operative method and the curative effect is remarkable.
