舒适护理在消化内镜诊疗术中的应用效果观察

Efficacy observation of comfortable nursing used in the digestive endoscopic diagnosis

目的探讨舒适护理在消化内镜诊疗中的应用效果。方法选择2012年6月~2014年6月收治的140例需行消化内镜诊疗的患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组（n=70）和对照组（n=70）,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用舒适护理,观察两组患者的应用效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率为97.14%,对照组患者的总有效率为75.71%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;诊疗过程中,观察组患者心率、收缩压、舒张压变化情况与诊疗前比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;护理后,两组患者的HAMA评分及VAS疼痛评分均较护理前明显降低,且观察组患者HAMA评分及VAS疼痛评分改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在消化内镜的诊疗中引入舒适护理,效果较好,可降低患者生理、心理上的痛苦,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the efficacy of comfortable nursing used in the digestive endoscopic diagnosis. Methods To collect 140 patients who needed to be adopted digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of in June 2012 to June 2014. According to random number table method divided the patients into observation group（n=70） and control group（n=70）. The control group were treated by routine nursing, the observation group of patients used comfortable nursing, to observation and application the effect of patients. Results Observation group of patients with the total effective rate was 97.14 %, control group total effective rate of the patients was 75.71 %, two groups compare the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Diagnosis and treatment process, the observation group of patients with heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure change compared with before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）; after the nursing, two groups of patients with HAMA scores and VAS pain score significantly was lower than before treatment, and the observation group of patients was better than the control group, the difference of two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Comfortable nursing used in the Digestive endoscopic diagnosis is good, and it can reduce the pain of the patients＇ physiological, psychological, it is worth of clinical promotion.
