翼状胬肉切除分别联合自体结膜移植与生物羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果对比

The contrast of effects of pterygium excision combined with grafting auto conjunctiva and pterygium excision combined with biological amniotic membrane transplantation in treatment of pterygium.

目的对比翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植和翼状胬肉切除联合生物羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法选择我院2011年3月~2014年6月期间在我院接受治疗的72例翼状胬肉患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为研究组37例和对照组35例,研究组采用翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植术进行治疗,对照组采用翼状胬肉切除联合生物羊膜术进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后眼外观的疗效、胬肉侵入角膜缘、角膜上皮愈合时间以及术后复发率;并对研究结果进行分析比较。结果术后,研究组患者的眼外观疗效与对照组相比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;术后,研究组患者胬肉侵入角膜缘、角膜上皮愈合时间、复发率均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;术后,观察组患者的复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论自体结膜移植与生物羊膜移植对改善翼状胬肉患者眼外观均有一定效果,但翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植术后患者的愈合时间短,复发率低,治疗效果更显著。

Objective To contrast the effects of pterygium excision combined with grafting auto conjunctiva and pterygium excision combined with biological amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of pterygium. Methods 72 patients with pterygium who were treated in our hospital from March 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital were allocated do the research group with 37 patients and the control group with 35 patients according to different treatment methods.The research group was treated with pterygium excision combined with grafting auto conjunctiva while the control group was treated with pterygium excision combined with biological amniotic membrane transplantation.Curative effect of appearances of the eyes,pterygium invading the limbus,corneal epithelial healing time and the recurrence rate after treatment of the two groups was observed and research results were analyzed and compared. Results After treatment,difference of curative effects of appearances of the eyes of patients in the research group had no statistical significance when compared with that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Pterygium invading the limbus,corneal epithelial healing time and the recurrence rate after treatment of patients in the research group were all significantly superior to those of the control group and differences had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）.After treatment,recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Grafting auto conjunctiva and biological amniotic membrane transplantation both have certain effect on improving appearances of eyes while pterygium excision combined with grafting auto conjunctiva has short healing time,low recurrence rate and more significant curative effects.
