摘要
目的建立滴定法测定保婴散中朱砂(HgS)的含量的方法。方法采用化学滴定法,以硫酸和硝酸钾作为消化剂,硫氰酸铵滴定液为滴定液,进行相应的含量测定。同时进行阴干性试验,重复性试验,加样回收率试验等相关的试验。结果取样1.2g时消化时间短,滴定液消耗较少,测定结果与取样量2.4、4.8g无显著差异,故取样量确定为1.2g。取样量在1.2g时,保婴散中朱砂(HgS)的含量呈现良好的重复性,RSD=0.58%(n=6),平均回收率为98.96%,RSD=0.55%。结论滴定法测定保婴散中朱砂(HgS)的含量的方法操作简便、可靠、准确等特点,可用于该类制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the methods of titrimetric determination of cinnabar(HgS) content in baoying powders. Methods To make the corresponding determination adopted the chemical titration with the digestants of sulphuric acid and potassium nitrate, the titration solution of ammonium rhodanate. At the same time, to make interrelated experiment such as dried in the shade test, replicate test, average recovery test and so on. Results The sampling amount was 1.2g as there was no significant difference with shorter time of digestion, less consumption of titration solution compared with the sampling amount of 2.4g and 4.8g. Under the sampling amount of 1.2g, the cinnabar(HgS) content in baoying powders had better repeatability of RSD=0.58%(n=6) with the average recovery of 98.96%, RSD=0.55%. Conclusion Titrimetric determination of cinnabar(HgS) content in baoying powders has the characteristic of simple operation, reliable, accurate and so on, could be used on quality control of this kind of preparation.
