苦参注射液在非小细胞肺癌治疗中的应用效果及其对患者生存质量的影响分析

Effect of the non-small cell lung cancer patients treated with Sophora Injection and analyze its impact on the quality of life of patients

目的探讨苦参注射液在非小细胞肺癌治疗中的效果及对生存质量的影响。方法将126例非小细胞肺癌患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组(n=63),对照组用GP方案治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上用苦参注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、生活质量、不良反应。结果研究组疾病控制率与对照组比较明显较高,不良反应发生率与对照组比较明显较低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组生活质量各方面的评分均较治疗前有明显提高,研究组升高程度均较对照组明显,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苦参注射液治疗非小细胞肺癌能有效提高患者的生活质量,不良反应发生率低,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of matrine injection in non-small cell lung cancer and the impact on quality of life. Methods 126 patients with non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group（n=63）, the control group was treated with GP regimen, the study group were treated with Sophora injection on the basis of the control group, we compared the clinical efficacy, quality of life, adverse reactions. Results The disease control rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group, the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, all aspects of quality of life scores were significantly higher than before treatment, the degree of exaltation in the study group was significant than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Matrine Injection treatment of non-small cell lung cancer can improve the quality of life of patients, a low incidence of adverse reactions may be clinical application in.
