品管圈在紧急气管插管护理中的应用及效果分析

Application of quality control circle in nursing of emergency tracheal intubation and effect analysis

目的研究品管圈在紧急气管插管护理中的应用及效果。方法选择2013年1月~2014年7月期间我院收治的82例需行紧急气管插管的患者,按照随机数字表法将本次研究对象划分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组采取常规的护理,观察组患者在紧急气管插管护理中并加以品管圈进行管理,观察两组患者插管所需的时间、经一次插管的成功率及计划性拔管情况。结果观察组中所需的插管时间（67.32±16.43）s显著短于对照组（125.32±25.22）s,观察组患者经一次插管而成功的概率为92.68%,明显比对照组患者的65.85%高,并且计划性拔管率95.12%,明显高于对照组68.29%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论品管圈在紧急气管插管护理中予以应用,可缩短患者插管时间,提高一次插管的成功率,减少非计划性拔管事件的发生,其总的效果良好,值得推广使用。

Objective To study application of quality control circle in nursing of emergency tracheal intubation and its effect. Methods 82 patients who were received emergency tracheal intubation in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2014 were selected and they were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 41 in each. The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was received emergency tracheal intubation and quality control circle management. Time for intubation, successful rate of intubation in one time and planned extubation station of patients in two groups were observed. Results Time for intubation of the observation group was（67.32±16.43）s, significantly shorter than that of the control group（125.32±25.22）s. Successful rate of intubation in one time of patients in the observation group was 92.68%, significantly higher than that of the control group 65.85%. And planned extubation rate of the observation group was 95.12%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 68.29%. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of quality control circle in the nursing of emergency tracheal intubation can shorten the intubation time, improve success rate of intubation in one time and reduce occurrence of unplanned extubation events. It has a good total effect which is worthy of promotion and application.
