护理干预对注射用重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体-抗体融合蛋白治疗类风湿关节炎的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on intravenous recombined human type Ⅱtumor necrosis factor receptor-antibody fusion protein in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨护理干预对注射用重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体-抗体融合蛋白治疗类风湿关节炎的影响。方法本院2013年1月~2015年1月类风湿关节炎患者136例,行注射用重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体-抗体融合蛋白治疗。采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者68例行常规护理,观察组患者68例行护理干预。结果护理后,两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、疼痛评分显著降低。观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、疼痛评分、不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,治疗依从性、护理满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论注射用重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体-抗体融合蛋白治疗类风湿关节炎时,有效的护理干预可减轻负性情绪的影响,降低不良反应风险,提高治疗依从性和患者满意度。

Objective To explore influence of nursing intervention on intravenous recombined human Type Ⅱ tumor necrosis factor receptor-antibody fusion protein（rh TNFR） in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods136 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were in hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were treated with rh TNFR and they were allocated to the control group and the observation group according to random number table. 68 patients in the control group were received routine nursing while 68 patients in the observation group were received nursing intervention. Results After nursing, anxiety score, depression score and pain score of two groups were significantly decreased. Anxiety score, depression score, pain score and rate of adverse reactions of the observation group were all were significantly lower than those of the control group while the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were both significantly higher than those of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Effective nursing intervention when rh TNFR in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can reduce influence of negative emotions and risk of adverse reactions and improve treatment compliance and patient satisfaction.
