血清同型半胱氨酸、叶酸、维生素B_(12)水平与冠心病的关系研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过检测冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸、叶酸、维生素B12的水平,了解其对心血管疾病的临床意义。方法选取2013年1月~2015年2月在本院住院的87例冠心病患者,其中稳定型心绞痛患者41例作为SAP组,不稳定型心绞痛27例作为UAP组,急性心肌梗死19例作为AMI组。同时选取同期50名健康者作为对照组,运用化学发光法对4组血清Hcy、FA、维生素B12进行测定。对结果进行统计分析。结果CHD患者血清Hcy水平较健康对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而FA、维生素B12水平较健康对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。AMI组和UAP组血清Hcy水平高于SAP组(P〈0.05),而FA、维生素B12水平低于SAP组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论临床应尽早开展血清Hcy、FA、维生素B12的常规检测,对冠心病的发生发展以及疗效和预后判断均具有十分重要的价值。 Objective To detect serum homocysteine,folic acid and Vitamin B12 levels of patients with coronary heart disease and to learn about its clinical significance in cardiovascular disease. Methods 87 CHD patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2015 were selected.41 patients with stable angina pectoris were set as SAP group,27 patients with unstable angina pectoris were set as the UAP group,19 patients with acute myocardial infarction were set as the AMI group and the 50 healthy people were set as the control group.Serum Hcy,FA,VB12 of four groups were detected by chemiluminescence method. Results Serum Hcy level of CHD patients were significantly increased compared with healthy people in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The FA, VB12 level of CHD patients were significantly decreased compared with healthy people in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Serum Hcy level of the AMI group and the UAP group was higher than that of the SAP group(P〈0.05) while the FA, Vit B12 levels were lower than those of the SAP group(P〈0.05).Differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Early routine detections of serum Hcy,FA and vitb12 in clinic are of important significance for development,curative effect and prognosis of coronary heart disease.
