摘要 本文以可靠性为中心的维修理论(RCM)为基础,分析得出PB840呼吸机的重要功能单元,采用故障模式和影响分析方法对重要功能单元进行分析,在此基础上应用RCM逻辑决断方法得到重要功能单元的对应维修方式,并结合日常维修保养周期制订出维修大纲。对医院医疗设备由故障后以维修为主转变为以预防性维修为主的维修模式,对提高医院医疗设备维修水平起到一定的推动作用。 Based on the RCM(Reliability-Centered Maintenance) theory, this paper analyzed the FSI(Functionally Significant Item) of PB840 ventilator, adopted the method of FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to analyze the FSI in details, and then obtained the corresponding maintenance for FSI by using the RCM logistic decision method. In combination with the routine maintenance cycle, a maintenance program was developed. This study had a positive effect on current maintenance mode of hospital medical equipment which was converted from the post-malfunction maintenance to the preventive maintenance, thereby promoting the hospital medical equipment maintenance.
