摘要 准确测量甲状腺体积是^(131)I治疗甲亢的重要环节。目前有多种方法测量甲状腺体积,但每种方法各有优、缺点。本文重点分析了甲状腺触诊法、甲状腺核素显像法、超声测定法和螺旋CT检测法等4种测量方法的特点、影响因素及临床应用进展。 The accurate measurement of thyroid volume plays an important role in treatment of hyperthyroidism by ~(131) I. There are many different methods for measurement of thyroid volume, but advantages and disadvantages coexist in every method. In view of this, the measurement methods of thyroid volume, their impact factors and advances in clinical application were reviewed in this paper, including the thyroid palpation, thyroid radionuclide imaging, ultrasound as well as the spiral CT detection method.
