Design of a New Cold and Hot Therapy Bag

在临床工作中,冷热疗法是很常见的护理技术,具有止血、止痛和消炎等目的。笔者研制了一种冷热疗袋,主要由外袋、内袋和设于内袋中的温度调节袋构成,其外袋、内袋和温度调节袋均可拆卸;外袋与内袋之间填有多个气囊;外袋一面为棉质,另一面为塑料材质。该冷热疗袋既能适当缓和敷袋的冷热温度、设定治疗时间,又能选择性进行干、湿敷等,具有较好的临床应用价值。

As a commonly-used clinical nursing technique, the hot and cold therapy is intended for hemostatic and analgesic and anti-inflammatory purposes. The author developed a kind of hot and cold therapy bag, which consisted of the outside bag, the inner bag as well as a temperature adjustment bag inside the inner bag. The outside, inner and temperature adjustment bags were removable. The multiple airbags were filled between the outside and inner bag. One side of the outside bag was made of cotton and another side was made of plastic materials. The hot and cold therapy bag could not only be used for appropriate mitigation of hot and cold temperature as well as the treatment time setting, but also for selection of dry dressing and wet dressing, which demonstrated its effectiveness of clinical application.
