Optimization and Improvement of the Hospitalization Pharmacy Management Process

通过引入全自动包药机实现包药自动化,解决了传统住院药房管理流程中存在的关于药品容易氧化污染、摆药时间过长、药师劳动强度大、药品浪费严重等问题,使住院药房管理流程得到优化和改进。该流程减轻了药师和护士的工作量,提升了病人就医的满意度。

This paper took the practice of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University in optimization and improvement of the hospitalization pharmacy management process. With the introduction of the automatic medicine packing machine, the automatic medicine packing was realized and the issues in the traditional hospitalization pharmacy management process were solved, including oxidation pollution of drugs, overlong time in drug placement, and the over-intensified workload for pharmacists as well as serious pharmaceutical wastes. As a consequence, the hospital pharmacy management process was optimized and improved, which reduced the workload for pharmacists and improved patients＇ satisfaction.
