摘要
本文把项目管理技术方法引入区域卫生信息系统建设中,以基于区域卫生信息平台的南京市妇幼信息系统建设作为实践进行解析,指出了项目的基本概况,依次从系统开发的准备、实施两大阶段对项目管理在系统建设中的应用作了深刻分析,有效解决了系统开发中的实际问题并提高了系统开发的效率和效益。
This paper introduced the project management technology and methods in the construction of regional health information system. Having taken the construction of Nanjing maternity and child information system based on regional health information platform as a practice, this paper pointed out the basic situation of the project, and deeply analyzed the application of project management in the system construction from two important periods, including the preparation and implementation, which effectively solved the actual problem in the system development and improved the efficiency and benefits of system development.
