The intrinsic relationship between Lorenz-RR scatterplot and difference scatterplot

目的探讨Lorenz-RR散点图与差值散点图的内在联系,正确解读动态心电图中同时出现的Lorenz-RR散点图与差值散点图报告。方法利用几何画板的动态作图功能与轨迹跟踪功能,分别制作Lorenz-RR散点图与差值散点图数学模型,结合实际病例,分析理论模型与实际散点图的关系。结果理论模型与实际散点图基本重叠。结论差值散点图是Lorenz-RR散点图内部的向量差,进一步刻画动态心电图的节律信息;二者是相互补充、相互印证的关系。

Objective To discuss the intrinsic relationship between Lorenz-RR scatterplot and difference scatterplot, and to interpret reports of the two types of scatterplots correctly showed simulta- neously in ambulatory electrocardiography（AECG）. Methods The mathematical models of Lorenz- RR scatterplot and difference scatterplot were made separately with dynamic drawing and trajectory tracking functions of ＂Geometer＇ s Sketchpad＂. The relationship between theoretical models and actu- al scatterplots was analysed when combined with practical cases. Results The theoretical models and the actual scatterplots almost overlapped. Conclusion The difference scatterplot is drawn by the vec- tor difference within the Lorenz-RR scatterplot, which provides the rhythm information of AECG fur- ther. The two types of scatterplots are mutually complementary and make confirmation for each other.
