不典型垂体腺瘤的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 WHO(2004版)制定新的内分泌肿瘤分类标准,将垂体肿瘤分为典型腺瘤、不典型腺瘤和垂体癌,新出现的不典型垂体腺瘤这一定义的诊断标准为:MIB-1增殖指数(即Ki-67标记指数)大于3%、广泛的P53免疫反应阳性以及细胞核分裂象增多。本文回顾近年来的相关文献,对不典型垂体腺瘤的概念及其临床特征、预后等方面进行综述,以期对医生的临床决策有所帮助。
