摘要
本试验通过在基础日粮中添加不同水平的复合除臭剂,研究其对肉鸡生长性能、氮代谢和臭气化合物的影响。选用450只体重和健康状况相近的1日龄爱拔益加肉雏鸡,预饲14 d后随机分成5个试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡。Ⅰ组为对照组仅供给基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加0.5‰、1‰、2‰和3‰的复合除臭剂,试验期28 d。结果表明:针对不同检测指标,不同添加水平的应用效果各不相同,添加1‰时,日增重提高效果最好,血清尿酸和尿素氮含量降低37.96%和17.93%(P>0.05),添加3‰时,血氨、粪便中吲哚和粪便中尿酸含量分别降低18.29%(P>0.05)、84.0%(P<0.05)、56.02%(P<0.05)。由此可见,从影响肉鸡生产性能和经济效益角度考虑,肉鸡日粮中复合除臭剂的添加水平以1‰为最佳。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of composite deodorant with different supplemental lev-els on growth performance,nitrogen metabolism and odorous compounds of broilers.A total of 450 14-day-old healthy AA broilers were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 3 replicates of 30 each.The broilers in the control group were only fed basal diet.Four groups were composite deodorant groups.0.5‰,1.0‰,2.0‰,3.0‰ composite deodorant were respectively added in composite deodorant groups.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:according to differ-ent detection indexs,the application effects of compound deodorant with different supplemental levels were different.The effect of weight gain in group 1‰was the best.The contents of serum uric acid and serum urea nitrogen in group 1‰were reduced 37.96%(P 〉 0.05) and 17.93%(P 〉 0.05) respectively. In group 3 ‰,the blood ammonia was reduced 18.29%(P 〉 0.05),the contents of indole and uric acid from excrement were reduced 84.0%(P 〈 0.05) and 56.02%(P 〈 0.05) respectively.According to the relationship between growth performance and economic benefit.It was calculated that the broilers diet with 1‰composite deodorant was the most appropriate.
