PPS工程塑料替代金属磨片磨浆的研究

Research on Pulp Beating with PPS Engineering Plastics Disc Instead of Metal Disc

介绍聚苯硫醚(PPS)和金属磨盘的特性,阐述聚苯硫醚造纸磨盘替代金属磨片的初步研究,对PPS工程塑料磨盘的配方进行优化研究,在卫生纸生产中进行了打浆应用研究,对聚苯硫醚磨盘和金属磨盘打浆在打浆度、湿重、纤维电镜观察、成纸物理指标进行了对比分析。

The characteristics of polyphenylene sulfide（PPS） and metal disc were introduced,polyphenylene sulfide disc to displace metal disc for pulp beating were preliminarily researched,the formula of PPS engineering plastics disc were optimized.Application of PPS disc on toilet paper production were researched,the comparison of beating degrees,wet weight of the pulp and physical properties of paper made from what is respectively beaten by PPS disc and metal disc were done,and the fiber configuration was observed by scanning electron microscopy（SEM）.
