碎浆对OCC纤维形态及纸张性能的影响

Effect of Pulping Process of OCC Pulp on Fiber Morphology and Paper Properties

摘要 探讨碎浆工艺对旧瓦楞纸箱纤维形态及成纸性能的影响。实验结果表明:较高的碎浆浓度有利于促进纤维的分丝帚化从而获得良好的成纸性能,并保持胶黏物的完整便于后续工序去除,但同时应关注成纸的匀度问题;此外,随着回用次数的增加,OCC纤维保水值逐渐降低,其主要原因是中孔和大孔孔隙的关闭。 The influence of pulping on the fiber morphology and paper properties was studied by applying OCC pulp.The results show that higher pulping consistency is benefit to the fibrillation of fiber,the properties of paper and the integrity of stickies.However,the uniformity of paper cannot be ignored.As the number of recycle times increases,the WRV(water retention value) of OCC fiber also decreases because of the closure of mesoporous and macropore.
