基于挥发性有机化合物的卷烟商标纸嗅觉质量综合评价

摘要 为了评价卷烟商标纸的嗅觉质量,对376个商标纸样品中挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)进行定量分析。基于VOCs的检出率和行业标准判别依据,筛选出11种VOCs成分。通过计算各VOCs的综合指数(I),并结合其嗅阈值、毒性、化学性质和含量,最终确定丙二醇甲醚、丙酮、丁酮、二甲苯和乙酸正丙酯等5种VOCs为影响商标纸嗅觉质量的主要污染物。根据综合评价结果,将商标纸嗅觉质量等级划分为4级,分别为优(I<0.5)、良(0.5≤I<1.0)、中(1.0≤I<2.0)和差(I≥2.0),这为科学、客观地评价商标纸质量控制商标纸产品质量提供参考。 In order to evaluate the trademark paper olfaction quality,the VOCs contents of 376 kinds of trademark papers were determined.Eleven kinds of VOCs were defined based on odor pollutants detection rate and trade standards.Based on the composite index(I) of VOCs,olfactory threshold,toxicity,chemical property and contents,five typical odor pollutants were finally identified,including propylene glycol monomethyl ether,acetone,butanone,xylene and propyl acetate.The olfactory quality of trademark paper were divided into four grades,including excellent(I〈0.5),good(0.5≤I〈1.0),intermediate(1.0≤I〈2.0) and poor(I≥2.0),which provided a workable method to evaluate trademark paper quality and was essential for quality control of trademark paper.
