摘要
目前对造纸法再造烟叶涂布技术的研究主要集中在如何提高涂布率,虽然有文献报道涂布率波动会对再造烟叶品质产生影响,但鲜有这方面的研究报道。本研究从涂布率的变化对卷烟感官品质的影响入手,分析涂布液特性、基片特性对涂布率的影响,并进一步探索稳定涂布率的工艺技术。研究发现:通过调节基片与涂布液的接触时间能够对稳定涂布率起到帮助;通过对涂布辊间的压力调节,可实现涂布率的精确控制,生产验证结果显示该方法能够有效保障高精度涂布工艺的实施。
Current researches on the reconstituted tobacco coating technology focused on how to improve the coating rate,although the rate has been reported coating fluctuations will affect the quality of reconstituted tobacco,but few of the aspects of the research reported.In this paper,authors started to research that the changes of coating rate of reconstituted tobacco affect the sensory quality,analyzed the characteristics of the coating solution and the characteristics of the base sheet for coating rate and coating rate control accuracy rate effects,and further explored the improved rate control precision coating process technology,found that by adjusting the contact time of the base sheet and the coating liquid capable of coating rate control precision of help,through the inter-coating roller pressure on bulk of base sheet is adjusted to achieve the implementation of high-precision coating,production verification the results show that this method can effectively ensure the implementation of high-precision coating process.
