摘要
圆形太阳翼是在航天器大收纳比的新需求下发展起来的一种新型柔性太阳翼,在国外航天器上已广泛应用。文章论述了圆形太阳翼的发展现状,分析了它的组成和工作原理以及由UltraFlex太阳翼到MegaFlex太阳翼的发展历程和制约因素,阐述了圆形太阳翼不同于其他类型太阳翼的优点,包括结构紧凑、高功率质量比、高展开刚度、低转动惯量、地面展开试验简单、扩展性好等;同时结合两种圆形太阳翼的优缺点,给出了它们的适用范围和场合。最后结合国内现有技术基础,提出了发展建议,可为国内圆形太阳翼研制提供参考。
In order to achieve higher deployment rate, a new kind of flexible solar arrays have been developed, named circular solar arrays. It has been widely applied in overseas spacecraft. This paper describes the development of circular solar array and analyses the construct and operation principle of circular solar arrays. It describes the development process and restrict factor from the UltraFlex solar array to MegaFlex solar array. Six capabilities of the circular solar array are pointed out .compact stowed volume, high power per weight, high deployable stiffness, low moment of inertia,ease of validation on ground and good expansibility. It also presents the application range according to the varrious capabilities. In the end, the paper gives specific advice to inland researchers on development of the circular solar array. The results can be a reference for the future research.
