结合美国生猪规模化发展过程特征对中国生猪规模化发展研究

笔者结合美国生猪产业规模化发展过程中的特征,根据我国生猪规模化发展现状,分析我国生猪规模化发展的影响因素。结果表明:我国生猪规模化发展过程中的主要影响因素为农户散养退出,屠宰市场偏好,人才供给等。并据此提出现阶段我国促进生猪规模发展的建议:适度发展实现规模化经济,引进技术和培养人才,因地制宜制定养殖政策,规范生猪养殖市场管理制度。

The author analyzes the influencing factors of scale development of live pigs in China according to the status of scale development of live pigs in China, combining with the characteristics in the process of scale development of live pig industry in the United States. The results show that the main influencing factors in the process of scale development of live pigs include the exit of free - range raising for the farmers, preferences of slaughtering market; Talent supply, and so on. The author puts forward suggestions to promote the scale development of live pigs in China at the present stage, including moderate development to realize scale economy, introducing technology and training talents, formulating raising policies according to local conditions, regulating management system of live pig - breeding market.
