草原畜牧业发展模式探索——基于“拉乙亥麻”的个案分析

Exploration for a development model of grassland animal husbandry-based on the case analysis of 'La yi hai ma'

草原是天然的生态屏障,又是牧民增收致富不可或缺的生产资料。随着全球气候变化,人口快速增长对草原的掠夺式开发,使草原生态环境逐渐恶化,如何在资源环境开发保护和经济发展之间找到平衡是值得探索的课题。笔者基于"拉乙亥麻"模式对草原畜牧业发展模式进行分析。结果表明:依靠能人领办合作社,以生态畜牧业专业合作社为依托,发展股份合作制,大力发展生态畜牧业,积极发展二、三产业,是实现草原畜牧业可持续发展、牧民增收的现实途径。

Grassland is a natural ecological barrier, and is also an indispensable means of the herdsmen increasing income to get rich. Grassland ecological environment is worsening along with global climate warming and the predatory development of grassland by rapid population growth. How to find a balance between resources and environment protection and economic development is a subject worth exploring. The author analyzes the development mode of grassland animal husbandry based on ‘ La yi hal ma＇ model. The results show that relying on the capable person leading to form cooperatives, developing joint - stock system and vigorously developing ecological animal husbandry based on ecological animal husbandry professional cooperatives, actively developing the second and third industry, is a realistic way to realize the sustainable development of grassland animal husbandry and increase the income of herdsmen.
